I shall begin my long long entry on my Genting trip.

13/09/2008

Went to Causeway point to eat Ajisen then buy our shampoo and body bath. Went home play somemore maple and make our way to Beach Road at 8pm.

Took cab there and sign up at Alisan ( Bad Bad.. shall tell u at the later part ). Then we go walk walk around Beach Road.. Is ma chiam a Thailand shopping center.. so many thailand "woman" and man drinking singing with the thai girls..

After that was told that we going to sit Konsortium bus. The boss said now all combine.. business hard to do.. We waited for the bus but we didnt see our Bus plate. Lucky DD told us that the other side further down there is still somemore bus.. i didnt believe him but we still went to take a look.. luckyyyyy DD know abt it.. if only me i think i gong gong the bus leave i still standing there..

After a few minutes than we are on our way!... Stop at Singapore causeway, Malaysia causeway and Yong Peng.. this auntie infront of me dunno how to lift her chair.. i know if DD were to sit my seat.. he confirm ask her to lift up her seat.. i also wan to tell her but paiseh.. The bus went up by KL way.. cause need to drop pple there but unable to sleep cause there are roadlights everywhere. Curtain also didnt block the light.. Mmm its realli fast when reach Genting.. around 6 hours. Drop us at Resort hotel and we went to check in..

** Note: When asking the lady that you want to check in, have to tell her your enquiries. ( Ex: king size bed, nice view ... ) cause when 12pm we get our keys.. i didnt get to speak anything, the girl just pass our key to us. but i remember the other time when i went with DD, the person ask if there are any enquiries when we get our keys.. but nvm la..

We went to eat dim sum at hao you ji..

We order quite a no of items cause they are so cheap compare to Singapore. Each abt max $2 onli. Order chee cheong fun, Siew mai, chicken feet, pai ku, ha kau and porriage.Everytime i go dim sum restuarant, i try the chicken feet.. but this one.. not nice.. DD say not bad.

Overall not bad ba.. 3/5..

DD waiting for me to take photo finish cause he v v v hungry & sleepy.

We than went to Casino and play.. lost Rin 200 i guess by playing jackpot. DD will always play the jackpot party pyramid.. i like the monopoly wan..

After up to our limit haha, we went to play arcade.. bought a card for $5.. ( SHit, now i remember i forgot to return their card to get my $5 back .. ) We went to play photohunt.. play play then theres this boy whu just point at our screen.. i dunno y le.. so many pple Singapore also like tt when tt time small la we went to play.. i can understand if all the machines are occupied, then probably u cannot tahan yr brain need to function so u find a playing group and just press for them.. so many machines around but this boy abt 16 yrs old ba.. just come and press lo.. Its awkward for me lo.. im lovey dovey with my bf u cannot see ah.. feel like telling him that u can go other machines, but DD say nvm.. he can help save our money.. so bo chap lo.. until we lost and he go off.. *ROAR*

After tt, went to Coffee bean at Resort hotel to sit and wait for our number. Read newspaper and i order BIGGG latte for him while i drink belgium choco ice blend.

* Most photos are all him cos im so FATTTT already.. everytime take pictures i delete and delete.

12pm and off we wait for our number to be called. Good thing almost all the counter start ticking the number away.. Wait for ours and yea.. Off we went to our room 5th floor.. forgot what number already..



Went in and wah... we are facing the theme park.. Finally i stay in Genting soooooo many times, this is the onli time i can see the entire theme park.

** Spot the difference. hahahha..

** Headache..

** Wardrobe see through to Bathroom..
Can climb in or peep in from the other side lo!

This is the bathroom. Nice abt the shower is on top there is a mmm water come up thing la so u can choose by the hose or the on top thing lo.

everytime i pee or PS, i always play with the phone.. dunno y put there also.. outside have already.

The view from our room.. Nice yea? Can be quite noisy in the morning with all the children screaming.. the blue strip turnabout is just right below..

Last 2nd time, we use to say Awana.. cause i believe the website of the Genting. i thought the others no hotel room left.. but in the actual fact is they leave it for the travel agents. They travelling from up and down the mountain is hectic!.. although the room is super nice.. but the journey is enough to spoil everything.. after 11pm, u have to wait for the bus to bring u all the way down. Once, we overslept, we miss the awana and we came back up the cable car. I was so blur and in a v bad mood cause i dun wan to repeat go up and down again. We took a cab and came down to Awana.. NEVER ever stay in Awana unless u want to play golf.

US!.. before design and after design with our Sony T200..

Went to sleep, wake up and eat Bak Kut Teh.. already dinner time.. Bak Kut Teh is super nice and v v v different from Singapore BKT. Ours has lots of pepper and the soup is light. Malaysia ones are herbal soup.. there is no pepper just herbs.. DD came up to Singapore tt time and v disappointed with our BKT.. Theirs realli are much much better.

Went to gamble again.. hehe. DD this time play table and i play jackpot.. I have finish ( loss! ) my limit so i call DD if i can go hotel first.. i called and called cant get thru.. and i went to find him lo.. i dun wanna talk what happen but a quarrel began. Probably i was too green eye la but anyway i dun wan say also.. cos DD going to see what i type this entry and later we quarrel and talk blah blah blah... Went home and sleep.. different beds .. quarrel ma!

Nxt morning he say he hungry den hug hug ok le lo.. hehe.. and he keep talking abt it the whole day what happen.. already pass keep saying again and again.. * ANGRY*
So we went to eat Penang Village ( Hotel Theme Park ) and eat..

Sorry ah.. i eat already then remember i forgot take photo. The end product haha..


We order penang prawn mee ( my fav after trying the one at AMK central beside Rasa Sayang western food.. last time when staying in AMK, always buy ), Char Kway Teow and Wan tan soup. Ice Milk tea and coffee... Overall ok la.. but the restaurant onli us and another family.. thats all.. dunno y le.. probably its at the other side of the main hotels / theme park. DD watching educational program.. test me how many side hexagon all tt.. i dunno la.. return teacher liao..

We then went Watson to buy my hair conditioner.. bought wrongly at Singapore.. and we bought MooMoo ice-cream and went below the restaurant to breathe fresh air. Nv take photo cause take b4 liao..

We went to bowling after that cause nothing to do le la.. genting so small.

We play 3 games.. $6 per game.. CHEAP YAH? less than SGD $3. If Singapore also this price i think i everyweek go bowling. Actuali they need my hotel room key booklet then can claim 1 game free. But nv bring.. DD throw till beside the boy gossip to the fren he li hai.. haha.. i also li hai.. got few spare hehe..

After Bowling.. sweating and here pain there pain.. we saw FISH SpA.. ive always wanted to try. The fishy will nimble at your feet and eat all the dead skin. i know Qian Hu is $10 i guess... Genting is $18.. less then SGD $9.. so i wanna try..

DD put his leg first.. OMG all the fishy come to him..

Its my turn..

It is veryyyyyyy ticklish!!! i dont dare to see the fish eatting my skin. i keep on looking at DD and eeeeee all the way until so many pple behind looking at us. The guy took picture of us while the fish eat eat.. The guy wipe our feet and my feet realli very clean! My toe area have the skin come out like tt.. but all gone. DD say can feel the feet relax...

After fish spa, we went to play casino.. DD play pyramid and i see him win until WOW.. so i play at 2 machine away also pyramid.. If u get 3 scattered, u trigger the bonus and u can point 3 special feature.. If u have WILD on 3 and 5 wahh.. u just sit back and win big $$. Happen i choose 3 and 5 WILD and extra spin.. Back uncle say wahhh so much money.. so i play till a limit and i go.. but i realli dun wanna go cos i was winning.. but it will lead to 0 if u dun go lo.. .

This is our policy lo.. if we win big.. we play till the round amount and we leave.. and i won $680.. Woo hoo! DD won $400 ++.. I told DD to check his green worldcard if how many points he get. Happen got birthday deal.. and there are 3 things..

1) Free 2 complimentary ticket to Dreams ( Magician show, Animal show dance dance wan )

2) Free 2 night hotel stay at First World or 1 night stay at Resort hotel. ( Woo hoo again. Another day leave )

3) $20 voucher from grg2.
We are soooo happy.. there are a few things we need to check already. Whether we can change the bus ticket to leave the next day and if Fang let me 1 more day leave. Since its late, we wait till tomorrow to check everything.

Thirsty so went to buy Tea egg first and drink at Kopitiam

The tom yam rice... SEDAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is very very nice.. i peel off the tea egg for DD while he eat and feed a few mouths to me. :( but it is realli superb.. 9.5/10 for the rice.. how come S'pore dun have :(

We went back hotel first to bathe and discuss what to do.. and DD ask if what i wan to treat him eat since i won $$..

Tht of the hao you ji again cause i cant think of any to eat..

Order quite a spread lo.. Fish,meat and soup..

Quite cheap i think.. around 50 ringgit.

After dinner went back to jackpot party again.. we lost this time round.. cos we play table.


After playing a while i lost my chips so i told DD i go play jackpot first..

After a while, i was winning at the pyramid.. 200 ringgit.. i felt i wan to go already but thinking DD sure wanna play table somemore so i continue.. whu knows all bye bye..


Haizzz.. nvm.. its v late so we decided to go back.

Bought macdonald cause they have spicy nuggets and shake chilli fries.. looks yum yum..




So full after eating and DD went to sleep immediately.. i watch tv a while and went to zzz tooo

Early morning wake up to watch tv..

DD on this chn and watch Final Destination 3... the show is damn scary. It is not ghost show but kind of mystery case.. This group of friends went to amusement park and take photos.

Then a series of events happen and 1 by 1 pass away due to accidents.. a girl whu saw the photos taken at the amusement park on tt day realise that their death relates to the picture they take.. ( Ex, this 2 girls took a photo with red light so their skin colour was red. Happen that they went sauna which is covered up tt type.. So suay they were trapped inside when they in the sauna cause a wooden bench fall on top of the cover.. Omg.. they were burn to death)

Claim lives of 1 by 1.. ending nv end properly.. the girl might die lo from the train crash too.. shud b ba.. Even now i think i rem the show.. After tt everywhere i go i so scared something might happen.. Like so suay lo something drop on your head when u least expect.. a wood fly to your body to kill u blah blah.. Iyo....

went to check hotel if they have rooms for thursday. They tell us to call the hotline behind our worldcard.. but she check and say confirm got room

Sat at coffee bean to call but cant get through.. so we just went to change our bus ticket date.

Went to Alisan and no pple at counter. So we call the Singapore office.

We ask the uncle if we can change the bus ticket to the next day.. he say cant change.. DD kinda angry and ask CANnOT ChAnGe??? he say cannot and must buy.. so DD say den nvm i buy from other company. SHit and we will nv take Alisan anymore. So we went to transtar and bought the next day ticket. 140 ringgit.. Its so bloody cheap here..

3 day = $420 # ( book in genting )
Ticket up to Genting ~ $60 for 2
Ringgit ~ 120. #
Ticket back to Sin = 140 #



Total if book by ourself
Rin = $680
Sin ~ $340

We pay SGD $440 like tt le here book through travel agent. cheaper $100.
Cause they count by head. While hotel count by room.
next time we will book through the hotline and buy 1 way ticket to genting already..



Next We went to eat first cos hungry.. ate Suki Sushi.. sorry nv take pictures..
i bought salmon terriyaki while DD bought the big set wan.. forgot whats tt.
Msg fang if i can take leave.. and he said ok. Msg Kak tt i took leave.



DD friend in KL call and said that they are coming up tonight... i ask how many.. he said 10..
10??? i thought there are onli 4 pple..... Omg... kinda nervous actuali.. if 4 pple im ok..
DD try call and got a booking number.



We went back to the hotel and book ours and 2 more rooms for his friend.



Happen this SINGAPOREAN woman was beside us.. she insist she wan to change her room..

She said she wan to face the valley / mountain and away from the noise downstairs.. she stay in 9 floor. U can of course request to change.. but pls in a nicer tone and not like you are filthy rich and make pple life extremely difficult cos u are a customer.. i hate this type of pple.. though im a customer.. i make pple life easy so that they can do things properly for me.. this tupid woman.. OMG..



She said to the counter... i come from Singapore
( obviously la.. your tone whu dunno.. and dun have to tell pple cos u sia suay our country!!! )

Singapore dun have valley / mountain so i like to see some here.. and my room is noisy.
( DD immediately say mount faber not high enuff ah.. )

The girl told her her room is already high.. she insist she dun wan and still noisy..
( I NV complain also u complain noisy... )



The girl told her that she can change to a higher level think 15 floor.. facing valley / mountain and definately not noisy.. ( if noisy, yr ear got problem )

She said ok and she wan to see the room now...

The girl told her that cannot cause the room is dirty and the housekeeping is already ordered to clean..

She insist say she want to take a look and put her luggage. She dun mind not clean.

Girl told her this is the hotel policy that the room has to be clean b4 u can enter the room.

she say " y is that so.. "

Stupid right.. of cos la.. u wan the room to be fill with rubbish or shit at the toilet bowl.. tissue everywhere izzit... u sure wan request to change again..

The girl try explain and insist. Ask her to check in later on.. she then left..

Goodness... seriously a lot of Singaporeans like that.. they think they are rich and can make pple life like tt... in china also survey from the restuarant that Singaporeans are the worst customer to serve. i dun believe cos i not like tt ah.. but see that lao zar bo.. i believe lo..

Even the last time i check in at First World.. i got the worst experience ever.. Not onli service was bo chap.. the pple there simply give wrong information..

We ask 1 whu ask us to come back 2h later.. 2h later another person ask us to use the phone there to call.. y cant that 1st person ask us to use the phone and we dunno what to do with the 2h waiting time.

Checking in at first world is all abt waiting and wasting your time in Genting..

The extremely bad experience? Someone open my door when i was watching tv..



Lucky i was watching tv.. what if im changing and blah blah blah... HOW THEY GOING TO EXPLAIN? the old singaporean couple quickly close the door and i heard the old man say " got pple le " They then knock politely.. so i open the door and they ask that they have this room key..

I told him that we check in yesterday already. maybe they give u the wrong key.

They then said sorry and go back down..

DD went to buy food downstairs and he cant open our door..

He went down to clarify..

We were ask to change OUR room cause their room has supercede ours..
**** la... pack and change lo What to do.. the whole experience there was terrible + horrible..
Asking a adaptor from the housekeeping can have become dun have 15 mins later.





back to Genting... we got the 2 rooms key.. and we went back to casino and play again..
I was winning monopoly.. v difficult to win...
Nt onli u must win the race for 1.. u must click the top price to double your money..
another 1, u have 2 choice to choose.. jail or spin somemore..
50 - 50 chance..



Won and left... waited in room for them to come... Honestly i wasnt quite happy..
i was already plan on what to do for his birthday. And that i will go through the singing, wishing and cutting of cake..



DD went to fetch them up and i told them to go out themselves.. i wan stay in the room.. after persuade than i follow him go.. went walk walk and we play this shooting game above the bowling center.. me and DD dun even know got such thing there.. though we hear those gun shots but tht is arcade... 40 shots Rin $18.. kinda ex..



First few shots was reallli difficult and the gun not light lo.. after i manage to capture the point then start to aim the target... not bad le... few 9.8.. quite fun.



and back to hotel to wait for his best friend. After that i told him i wan stay at hotel room.. they go out ba.

Happen he went the next room and they sang birthday song & cut cake for him.. i didnt know abt this until the next day.

They went walk walk while i stay in the room....

Is not that i dun wan to join... but kinda my stupid attitude that i dun like to hang out with pple i dunno.. and mayb cos of us, im always thinking wat pple tht of me.. i wasnt happy at all.. wrote a letter to DD.. i cry to sleep la.. crying just a way to relieve my stress for a little.

i went to sleep though im realli scared alone in the room.. but i was too sleepy and just close my eyes.. Dunno wat time DD came home.. shortly after my sleep.



17/09/08 - Dear Dear Birthday
Wake up and went for breakfast. me ate penang prawn mee again and DD eat curry mee at the indoor theme park there. Eat eat DD tht of his best friend who also share the same BD with him.

It is Eric's birthday as well. Probably he also celebrating his BD in heaven yea..



After that went to find them back in hotel cause they need to check out and DD have to claim back his deposit. Then went to eat KFC. DD treat... Their tom yam chicken is v nice and their chicken is more tender than in Singapore. To me i feel like Malaysia KFC more famous than Mac. But their whip potato not tt nice and they serve cheese wedges not fries. Think fries taste better.
Went walk walk and we decide to walk Ripleys.. though we went already but still go lo..

actuali total of his friends is 8.. 2 of them didnt join us to ripley.. hehehe something going on with the 2 guys..

Kinda scared to go in la... got this statue that touch already will pregnant.. hehe... DD wan me to touch cos he want baby.. After that sat down watch theatre like ripley and kian eck ( smthing like tt ) scare me behind.. me and DD jump.. DD jump cos i jump.

Until the turn turn it is v v v giddy.. haha kian eck cannot tahan.. he like me cannot see things turn turn..
i didnt get to take pictures.. but kian eck photographer.. shall wait for him to send to DD.

When come out.. we went to Outdoor theme park and see the Flying Coaster..



Then we went to gun shooting again...
After that to Arcade and dear dear challenge with his best fren Wai mun to basketball.
Wai mun i knew was v close to DD.. whenever he in Taiping he would fetch DD here and there.
Can see they are realli v close too... DD won and keep saying he v thirsty hehe.. cause loser treat drink.

Went to drink at the place where we had tom yam rice.
Talk talk lo.... After tt they go back carpark go back KL... tomm they have to work.

We go back to bathe cause im treating DD to The Olive.. Fine dining.. Bird told me to try before.. say v nice..
Went and onli 1 couple there.. the service was excellent.. but only the food was serve slowly.. probably they need to wait for us to finish one by one then cook. Thats the problem la cause each dish need abt 10-15 mins to serve.

At first, dunno what the olive oil and vinegar for.. i insist is for the salad.. until we saw 2 angmoh come in and dip with the bread serve sparkling water...EEEE i dun like... taste like salty water.. bread taste nice.. except for the hard hard type.. dun usually like tt kind.

This is the appetiser.. Oyster with cheese and tomato.. yum yum..

The oyster is place on a plate full of salt.. have to make sure the salt does not go into your oyster cause when bite it totally spoil the taste of the oyster. it is like cruching a big piece of sand in your mouth. Overall not bad just for the salt onli..

Our soup... forgot what is the name.. think his is lobster soup while mine is chicken essence.

His is nice.. mine is so so onli.. like home cook soup.. not v WAH taste for mine.. his is nice..

His - alright onli.. Onli taste the fish cos the rest we dun eat.. think radish or something like tt.. black black wan..

Mine - i love the mushroom.. yumyum.. i dun like the tao kay.. hate this type of tao kay.. got a very weird organic taste in my mouth... they gave wasabi too.. but i put in my mouth 1 scoop with fish like no kick le.. dunno y.. normally i will cry if put a lot.

Bill comes up to 350 ringgit like tt.. Kinda ex yea.. but fine dining ma.. mmm if no special occasions i wont come back.. if try again hopefully the menu change.. cos my food all like taste so so onli.. his is better..

Happy Birthday to you dear dear.. Thank you for everything that you have done for me..

We overcome a lot of obstacles along our way.. starting was v difficult but we managed to settle down now..

Hope i can celebrate many many many more birthdays with u k...

PS3 i invest half k.. Singapore pay for u.. take my GST .. :(

Went back to Casino but not our day at all... :(

We this time try on different kind of jackpot machines..

i won quite a bit and there are so many other machines that are fun as well.. got bonus touch screen.. got this one is daffy duck.. once u trigger the bonus.. the daffy duck will go on a adventure.. you must choose the correct key for him to unlock the bonus..

Along the way he will collect tokens also.. so cute..

Play until 4 o clock in the morning and i empty my credits already..

Went back to sleep on our last night there..

Wake up at 11!!!! we plan to wake up at 9 so we can eat resort hotel breakfast buffet but DD hp dunno what happen... So we pack and drag our luggage all the way to first world..

Ate thailand food.. it is same shop with the hot pot..

We order curry prawns and fish fillet sour sauce type..

Their tom yam soup isss niceeeeee... everything tom yam tasted in malaysia is niceeeeee

The mango pudding.. so small ya but it is also niceeeeeee.... It realli has a sour sweet and milk taste.

This meal is even better than all the restaurant that we went to..

Monorail - Spoil... nv work..

Went to starbucks to sit and drink.. waste time away while we wait for our bus at 230..

We bought this 2 bear while shopping with his friends.. When take out the body actuali is a pen inside.. now when i attach it on my hp.. it kept dropping out.. so im taking out and attach maybe to bag..

So we proceed to the bus terminal and bought jackfruit to eat.

Up to the bus.. my seat spoil so we request to change behind seat.. DD dizzy when go round round down.. lucky i got xiu xiu ( my pillow ) with me.. so i fall asleep. Stop at a department store and bought goodies.. i bought bak kwa.. their crab bak kwa is reallliiiii v nice.. so different from Singapore.. maybe i havent try the best in Spore.. bought quite a lot home..

All the way up to yong peng i was sleeping.. watch tv a bit in the bus.. watch Nemo.. den zzzzz

Ate fishball noddle at yong peng than go customs...

Reach home at 8 plus... saw CJ jap bf at home.. so dao.. nv say hi wan.. play maple and zzzz cause tomm need to work :(

Thats the end of my genting lonnnggggg post.. Next will be Taiping next month..
